USA Haul!

My mum was going on a trip to America, so naturally I couldn't let her go without providing her with an extensive shopping list! Now that she's returned I can play around with all of my new products (and review them for this blog, of course).

October Favourites

This month has been a busy one, although I usually feel that the month has gone by quickly I feel like it has just dragged on! I've opted for plainer looks, which I think is pretty obvious by my favourites this month and just really taking a simpler approach in terms of beauty.

My Trip To Iceland

Last week I went on an incredible, once in a lifetime trip to south west Iceland. I visited Reykjavik, Þingvellir National Park and many other places.

Mad for Soap & Glory!

Soap & Glory is a brand which, in the UK, is exclusive to Boots and in the US there's a limited line of products in Sephora. Famous for their amazing packaging and even better product quality. I've only really delved in body care, but these a mini reviews of the products I've tried!

Benefit Fake Up

Today I'll be reviewing Benefit's Fake Up, a concealer with moisturising qualities, formulated especially for use in the under eye area. It's supposed to combat under eye bags and dark circles, while moisturising at the same time.

I'm Going To Iceland!

Image from We Heart It
Over the next week I'll be going on a short trip to Iceland, it will be my first time there and I'm really excited- I can't wait!
Unfortunately I think that means that I will have little to no internet connection, so I'll have pre-written posts going up. I'll be sure to share lots of pictures when I come back!

Lots of love,

Dina xx

Benefit 'Love me b.right'

I have loved Benefit's b.right skincare range for a good few months now, and during a dangerous 10% off sale I decided to nab some goodies!

Sally Hansen Instant Cuticle Remover

Recently I have started to notice how neglected my cuticles have been, but I just didn't know how to start caring for them. After a few YouTube videos and blog posts, I decided to start by investing in Sally Hansen Instant Cuticle Remover by recommendation of Anna from ViviannaDoesMakeup's blog/YouTube.

The nib at the top makes for easy application to the cuticles without it being to messy and getting all over my fingers. When it says instant, it means instant! By the time I had finished putting it on all of my fingers the first finger's cuticles were ready to be pushed back. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, namely due to my inexperience, but I was really impressed by how much it affected how my nails looked afterwards.
It's such a great and inexpensive product, which I think is slowly being rolled out to Boots stores so it will soon be easy to find- although, I did buy it on Amazon for only £2.99!

September Favourites

This month has symbolised the beginning of Autumn and the beginning of another school year -cries- so I have kept the make-up to a minimum and haven't really tried new things this month. Nevertheless, here are my favourites!
